BA (Hons) Fashion Design Technology: Womenswear

The spring/summer collection is influenced by strong female characters- Amelia Earhart and Mulan. Taking inspiration from Royal Air Force and ancient china armoury, aiming to create a collection shows modern women who are not afraid to challenge the things which others thought women couldn’t achieve. With the combination of an eco-energy solar panel, these women are assuming greater responsibility in our world and our future. The use of coated denim and lightly sheen grosgrain fabric brings a low-profile luxury feel. Adding on metalic gold and silver details over the basic black, grey, blue colour palette gives the collection a bright balance and modern look. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ About me: An energetic proactive student from BA Fashion Design and Technology Womenswear at London College of Fashion (2011graduate).
